RER completes purchase of the County Hall site

RER Kingston Ltd has now acquired the former County Hall building on Penrhyn Road, Kingston following the completion of the disposal of the freehold by Surrey County Council on 26 March 2021.

Public Exhibition

Following the initial consultation, RER is holding a second exhibition to showcase more detailed proposals and how we’ve responded to feedback. The event will take place in the Staff Canteen Building at County Hall at the following date/times:

Thursday 21st October 4pm – 8pm
Friday 22nd October 11am – 3pm
